They have their issues but we are in Asia. It works in the end and was not expensive. Air China starting in Jakarta dropped us after a total of 6 hours delay in Rome instead in Frankfurt. The rest was then our problem. This is indeed bad service.

Got bus from Penang to KL, everything was good apart from an arrogant staff member who checked tickets after going up the elevator at penang bus terminal, lots customers sais she should get sacked (management hear that)
